In February of 2025 we conducted a congregational survey, speaking to our members and regular attendees about the transition and the search for a new record at All Saints, Everett. The data was gathered primarily through personal interviews. Here are some of the pertinent results.

“Dealbreakers” in a Rector

  • Lack of commitment to Scripture and Anglican theology

  • Arrogance, legalism, or authoritarian leadership

  • Poor communication and inability to inspire

Our Ministry Needs and Priorities
