Father “Padre” Galen Yorba-Gray

Father “Padre” Galen serves as Interim Rector. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Bible/Religion, a Masters in Spanish literature, cross-cultural ministry training from Fuller Seminary, and a PhD in Spanish Language and Literature. He enjoys eating menudo, cooking Mexican food, studying languages, gardening, playing gospel tunes on the piano, and kayaking (on calm lakes).

He is also the author of “Anglicanismo: A Personal Introduction to How We Practice the Historic Christian Faith” (Una Introducción Personal a Cómo Practicamos el Cristianismo Histórico). This dual-language odyssey (Spanish & English) offers unique windows into the world of the Anglican way of experiencing and practicing our sacramental spirituality. Padre Galen is always available to share bilingual pastoral ministry.

Father Cal & Ramona Popa

Father Cal serves as Associate Priest. He was born and raised in Romania, immigrated to California over thirty years ago, and moved to Washington together with his wife, Ramona. They live just East of Mill Creek, with their two children.

Cal holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and an Aerospace Engineering degree from California State Polytechnic University. He has been working in the aerospace industry for over twenty years.

Cal loves the Lord, His word, and His people. He is passionately for Christian tradition and formation as essential to mission. He is energized by the love of God in others, in the scripture, and in the sacraments.

Over the years he has worked in lay youth ministry as well as small groups, from 2020-2024 as Deacon at All Saints and was ordained to the priesthood in February 2024.

Joanie Yorba-Gray

Joanie, "Juanita," serves in Pastoral Care Ministry having retired as a licensed clinical social worker and certified Spanish translator. She worked in the field of Christian Counseling with individuals and couples and children & also serves as board member of He Intends Victory, a worldwide ministry established to share the gospel with and to minister to those infected/affected by HIV/AIDS and to provide HIV education internationally (heintendsvictory.org).

As leader of All Saints Prayer team, Joanie has the privilege of serving with a dedicated group of prayer warriors committed to lifting up the prayer needs of the All Saints congregation, as well as of their families, friends and community. Additionally, she and Father Galen (her husband) make visits to encourage, pray with and minister to members of All Saints church.

Ramona Popa

Ramona serves All Saints in a variety of ways including administrative work, bookkeeping and as Hospitality Coordinator. She is also married to Father Cal and loving mother to two boys.
